Michelle Lowman
Michelle has over 40 years of experience in the kitchen industry, having started her career at just 16 and progressed through a wide range of roles across customer service, logistics, operations, project management, and leadership. In 2003, she co-founded an independent kitchen and bathroom business, which later became Schmidt Cambridge. Today, Michelle oversees finance, procurement, logistics, and operational planning, drawing on her extensive industry knowledge to ensure every project is delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
Mark Knightley
With over 30 years of experience in the kitchen, bathroom and home interiors industry, Mark has helped hundreds of homeowners create spaces that are both beautiful and practical. His extensive knowledge of design, products and project management enables him to guide clients confidently from initial ideas through to completion. Known for his friendly approach and attention to detail, Mark is passionate about understanding each client’s lifestyle and creating tailored solutions that enhance everyday living. He takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and helping clients bring their dream home projects to life.
Clara Ribas-Calsina
Combining over 15 years of industry experience with a collaborative and client-focused approach, Clara has been creating exceptional interiors with the company since 2018. She takes the time to truly understand her clients’ aspirations and lifestyle needs, helping them explore and refine design options with confidence while providing expert guidance and support from concept through to completion, and at every stage of the journey
After graduating in Textile Design, she built a successful international career as a Fabric Designer for luxury brands before transitioning into high-end Interior Design. Originally from Barcelona, Clara also lived in Geneva and London before moving to Cambridge, giving her a strong international and multicultural perspective.
Denis Hida
Denis is a qualified Wood Processing Engineer with extensive experience in furniture manufacturing, interior design, and bespoke interiors. Having held senior roles in production, management, and design, and worked with leading luxury Italian furniture manufacturers, he has developed a strong understanding of premium materials, craftsmanship, and space planning. Since 2018, Denis has specialised in designing kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms in Cambridge, creating tailored spaces that combine functionality, style, and lasting value. His technical expertise, creative vision, and attention to detail help bring each client’s ideas to life.
